Mapping the Digital Education Ecosystem

Europe's digital education landscape

Together, we want to ensure an understanding of Europe's digital education landscape. To this end, SURF initiated the 'Mapping Education Ecosystem' project in autumn 2022, mapping stakeholders, projects, and standards. We hope that this overview will facilitate international cooperation, and promote cross-border innovation and interoperability in the education landscape.

To achieve the overview, it is necessary to have a good understanding of what information is relevant (and to whom). Therefore, in this project, we are working with the Design Thinking process in which we talked to potential users to learn as much as possible from this.
