Author Guidelines

We welcome and encourage your contributions to EduXS. If you have any questions, reach out to info@eduxs.eu. To ensure consistency and high quality of the content, please use these guidelines. Version: 202411.

General Guidelines

  • Contributions should be clear, concise, and informative. Avoid using jargon that might confuse readers and focus on active language to make the content engaging. Always check for grammar and spelling before submitting.
  • EduXS thrives on cross-referencing: linking related entities enhances the platform's value. When adding a new entity, be sure to add references to other relevant entities. If a reference doesn’t yet exist in EduXS, add that entity first, then link it accordingly.
  • Sources should be attributed using APA style (a citation style that includes the author's name, publication year, and source details) to ensure proper credit.

Quality Assurance

  • Before submitting, review your contribution against the checklist provided below to ensure consistency and completeness.
  • Verify that all sections are up-to-date and filled out correctly.
  • Avoid creating duplicate entries—check if the entity already exists, even if it might be under a slightly different name or description.
  • After modifying or adding an entity, update the InternalStatus field to Review Pending. This allows an expert reviewer to confirm accuracy and change the status to Reviewed once verified.
